is the cheese plate at boulangerie patisserie count as a snack, cs meal or none? oh and does it come w/ a baguette?

thanks

What kinds of cheeses does it have?

We had it a few weeks ago and it had Jarlsberg, brie, and I think the third was camembert. That one was my favorite. The only problem was it was cold, so if we hadn't been so hungry, we would have given it time to come to room temp. The baguette is soooo good!

How big is that serving, and the same with the bread? And if it's cheese is it just cheese or is there fruit also? any chance you've got pics!? lol..

This isn't something we'd considered for a CS, but we're tryin' the whole plan this Christmas for the first time, and stepping out to try new things, too!

I also enjoy some of the other savory options at said counter service of delightfulness. You have choices there and the the desserts are worth doing a meal there. OMG I could eat one of everything. :lmao:

A regular coffee yes. I dont know for sure about the fancy coffees. Oddly enough I am one of those freaks who enjoys the regular coffee at Disney.

What a boring cheese plate... I get that it's a counter service credit so they're not going to put the $25 a pound cheeses on it but geez, it just seems like a cop out. The only reason for the boring cheeses other than cost that I can figure is they're exotic enough that not everyone has had them but not so exotic that people are immediately turned off and afraid of them.

(Sorry...I work in a cheese shop, I've become a cheese snob:snooty:)

Yes, the cheeses are mostly the plain familiar ones. I had this as a CS in April.
The three portions were kinda small, and there were 3 or 4 grapes on the plate. The mini-baguette was good with the cheese, but I considered it a really light lunch even with a nice pastry for dessert.

We lived in Holland for 3 yrs and the cheese plate described was quite common lunch fare for the Dutch I knew. So I am feeling certain that the cheese choice and amount was base on the norm for Europe. I am certain they took in mind the general American palate too!

All sounds yummy!

Thanks for the info and the links! There are just too many good choices in Epcot! My plan right now I think is for our 4 day trip to eat 3 CS and 3 TS meals in Epcot which is becoming kind of hard to juggle with the schedule! Now you've just given me another one I want to fit in! :rotfl:

The cheese selections do seem kind of boring, but it looks like a nice lunch for a CS credit, might have to get it next trip. I wanted to eat there for dessert anyway.
