Cheerleading competion Jan. 16-18

I just read that there is a cheerleading (college) competion going on Jan 16-18. If you are part of this - what resort are most of the cheerleaders and their families stay at?

I'm not directly a part of it, but have been to WDW several times before when these things have been going on. Typically most cheerleaders can be found at the All Star resorts and, I guess maybe now, Pop Century. There also seem to be a fair amount at some of the moderates, most notably CBR. The good news is that, while the resorts may be a bit more crowded where they are, I have generally found the college groups to be much better behaved and courteous toward other guests than their high school and elementary school counterparts. That's just my experience, however. I'm sure there are others who have different stories. HTH.

We are big fans of AllStar movies but will never stay at Sports again after the experiences we had with two separate groups. THe first group was loud, but congregated in each other's rooms. We were expecting peace when they left. Well, the next group was LOUDER & out in the common areas until the wee hours of the night. We were in the basketball building - the 2nd group was actually playing basketball after midnight. Repeated calls to the front desk did not good. One time a CM came out - the kids went in for 5 minutes & then started up again - louder than ever.
