We have nothing against groups of cheerleaders or sports teams but we will be traveling with a baby who will be going to bed early and taking naps and the additional noise might be disturbing. I just want a heads up before we settle on our vacation dates. Thanks!

Pop Warner Cheer Nationals take place next week, but I have heard that there are All Star Cheer/Dance Competitions in February. I don't know the size or scope of All Star competition...just for reference, the Pop Warner event is big enough to take over MGM one night during Nationals! I hope somebody will be able to pass along specific information to you. I have not heard anything at all about cheerleaders in January. Good luck in your planning!

FWIW.. we had ressie's at All star music for Jan. 31-Feb. 7th. I call Disney to see if the cheerleaders were going to be there that week. They told me that they have 900 some rooms booked at music alone, and almost all of all star sports. Needless to say, we switched to pop century! It is worth it to call group reservations to find out what the situation is when you want to vacation.

Excellent advice. If I wasn't heading down with a cheerleader of my own next week, I'm not sure I'd want to be staying in the midst of the action!

Go Milk? 3v3 Soccer Shootout (nationals) is Presidents weekend.

We aren't staying at the All Stars, my 2 boys (non-soccer players) want to stay at AKL. DH will have to drive DD over to meet the team and take the bus to WWS.
