Can someone in the know please tell me when these cheerleaders will arrive, where they typically stay, and when they will go home.

Kerri....I don't know what age cheerleaders you're asking about....I think over the course of a couple of months, there are junior varsity, varsity and college. I know my s-i-l was a junior college cheerleader, then an SEC (Div. I-A, senior college level) cheerleader for a total of 4 yrs, and they always went in mid-January for competition. Hope that helps!

From December 7-13, 2003, Disney's Wide World of Sports Complex will host the Pop Warner Super Bowl and National Cheer and Dance Championships. From what I have gleened in the past, they pretty well take over the value resorts (Sports, Music and Movies) while they are here. Thankfully, our stay starts Dec 15th so hopefully they will be gone by the time we get there.
