We were in MK yesterday and by midday cheerleader teams were all over the place. Last night some of them checked inn at Pop. So if you check inn in the next few days plan on adjusting your meals ait the food court hôtel. Before 6h45 am, and at night avoid park closing.

Ugh- we had that happen to us one year when we stayed at a value. You have my most profound sympathies. Hopefully you'll be spared the prank phone calls and pounding on doors in the middle of the night.

Another cheer/dance group is scheduled to descend while we are at WDW the end of April. Thank heaven's it's only for a couple of days.

I was in the food court at pop this am when a group of perhaps one hundred came in. I couldn't help but think of a flock of starlings landing on a lawn.

The cheerleading worlds is the end of April. By far the LARGEST group of cheerleaders and spectators at Disney (not counting the Texas and Georgia competitions) from all over the world. I would expect these girls to be there more than a few days. Some are traveling quite a distance and will want to enjoy the parks. On the competition days, they can't really hit the parks. This competition is considered the "olympics" of cheerleading.

Because they raised the prices this year, many of the normal spectators can't afford to attend. We took DD last year for both days, staying in Orlando. This year it is three days. I think we will only go Monday and drive up for the day (we live an hour away).
