Cheerleader Minnie Mouse

I am the Team Mom for my daughters Special Needs Cheer team. We are approaching their very first competition of the season and I would like to make the Shining Stars something special to designate their team. I was thinking of personalized tee shirts with Minnie in a cheer uniform (team colors are red, black, and silver)' with the team name SHINING STARS and each cheerleaders name incorporated into the design........Could anyone help with that idea? The girls names are:
Jessica
Ciara
Angie
Kylie
Ava
Mia
Macy
Chantel
Coach Morgan
And Coach Veronica
I am also making special hair bows for them. The coaches volunteer to keep the cheer program free to our Shining Stars. But all the other Team Moms do goodie bags, special bows, personalized water bottles and gym bags and other little do dads throughout the season,so I wanted my girls to have a start of season item, too!
