Have fun at the beach! :)

Tell me which beach, so I can live vicariously - no snow here though, just lightly overcast and 47 degrees. Wish I was out on Buck Island.

(My husband grew up in Lafayette, CA.)

Don't pick on us that is cold. That is not nice.:headache: LOL :lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao:

not going to the beach, but just finished mowing the bck lawn, it was 90!

going to set on the patio with a cold brewski and grill some steak!!!!

hehehehhehehee

the only ice I see is in the cooler!!!

Snow isn't so bad. Snow blowers are a WONDERFUL invention!

We spent last night sitting in a restaurant/bar with some friends watching the kids snowboard. They had a blast and we were nice and warm.

Keep us in mind when summer comes and it's too hot to go out side so you're stuck inside with the air conditioner running full blast! ;)

Better you than me.

Hate the beach.
Love the cold and snow.

??

that usually never happens, since we are used to warm weather year round, hotter weather dosn't bother us, and most of the time in only gets above 100 a few days a year, then we etiher go to the movies, or hang out at the pool!

You're right. San Diego has beautiful weather. The only problem there is when fire season comes. A very good friend of mine has had her home threatened on more than one occasion.

I'm not so sure about the VI but from what I've read, they can get quite hot in the summer.

We have a few relatives living in FL and they complain all of the time how they are stuck inside during the summer because it's just too darn hot to go out and even enjoy the pool or beach. 85-90 degree water temps just don't do the trick of cooling you off.

Personally, I like having four seasons but I can understand why others don't.

mmmmmmmmmmmmmm beach. I'm going into the bathroom to sniff the suntan lotion.

:goodvibes I burn Yankee Candle's Sun & Sand all winter because it smells like suntan lotion!

well, I guess if you need the seasons, then more power to you. I grew up in that stuff and like being able to go out to my car, get in, and drive. don't have to warm it up, Don't have to scrap ice off the windows, don't have to wait for the snow plow, etc.

and I can wear shorts and short sleeved shirts almost year round.

If I want seasons, I can just go on vacation to an area of the country that has Spring, fall or winter, for a week or so, then when I get tired of it, come home!!!

hehehehehehe

RUM cooler?

Chilly & foggy here, but no snowballs!

In NorCal, we have 4 seasons - just no SNOW!

You are correct!! And we are definitely have 4 seasons this year! LOL It's so cold right now, my weather widget says its 48 and foggy out.....looks about right to me. No Snow, but if we want it we drive for an hour (1.5 or so for you) to play in it! :) Altho it did snow here when I first moved here, 22 years ago. :) Didn't stick but it did snow.

I moved to CA to get AWAY from all that too, but apparently I moved to the wrong part of CA and now I'm stuck until my girls are done with school. I'm one of the weird parents who doesn't want to uproot my kids. LOL

OP enjoy the beach!!! And let's hope our A's do better this year then they did last. :thumbsup2

The sun finally came out today in northeast Ohio, so if is squint my eyes the snow almost looks like a white sandy beach:rolleyes1
