Theyre not cracking down, its lazy CM's as you can see above, some get good CM's that check and some dont. Now they CANT offer special promotions unless you ask for them, like they cant come out and say "oh hey youre going during free dining, would you like that promotion" you have to ask for free dining. But they can look up pincodes under your household

I just called...was on hold for about 10 minutes...got a very friendly CM, I simply asked if there was a code attached to my name...she asked me to hold...took about 1-2 minutes and viola....20% off code on my room. YAY! Not free dining...but at least its something and it made me happy that I called!!
