Checking tickets at Guest Services?

Can the Guest Services desks in WDW resorts check the days remaining on old park tickets?

I know GS at the parks can do this, but we're not planning any WDW park days this trip However, we've got a collection of part-used tickets and I'd like to be able to find out exactly what we have left on them so that we can make best use of them. I think I've kept track of them all, but I'd like to make sure! Although we won't be visiting the parks, we're having a few days staying on-site so I could easily ask at the resort GS desk.

Don't see why not, they are all linked to the same system. You should have no trouble.

On our previous trips we have taken old hopper Passes and guest services were able to check them .

HOWEVER When we were there in Aug we took all our old tickets. Guest services at Boardwalk explained that in March there system was updated and they were now unable to check what was left on the tickets. We had to take them to a theme park guest relations. Not a problem for us as we just walked to the guest relations at the international gateway at epcot who checked our tickets . One of which ( from 1999) we explained we were not sure who had used it last ( dh or myself) so they printed anew ticket for us so the finger scanner would work.

If the resort can't try DTD guest relations as they have always had the same abilities as the park ones.

I think I'll ask at the resort first as I'll be there anyway. If they can't help, I'll call in to GS at DTD
