Can you check on a reservation made by another member?

I have a friend that rented points from a member (not me) and they want to confirm the reservation before paying. Can I call MS and check on their reservation?

Not unless you have the membership number and last four SS digits of the member who made the reservation. Only the member who made the reservation will have access to any information about the reservation thru MS.

As with all other rentals, the renter will need to rely on the information provided by the person they are renting from.
