Checking out the restaurants without dining.

We love to look at the architecture of all the Disney structures and we have visited every public space in Disneyland, except Club 33. I am wondering if it is possible to view the places that offer character dining without dining. I am fascinated that there is a restaurant in the castle.... but DD is 14 and not into princesses anymore. Would it be possible to get a peek mid afternoon?

Nope. Especially not at the castle.

No. There are guests dining in the castle all day so the castmembers at the podium will not let you go up and walk around.
