Checking out of the Poly question

If you are staying concierge at the Poly, what are the options when you check out? Express checkout, concierge in the Hawaii longhouse or the main front desk?

We stayed in Hawaii in June, we did not have to do anything to check out. They had already run the balance we had on our credit card we left with our reservation, I picked up a copy of our bill and we were off.
