Our flight gets in at 9 am - checkin isn't until 4. Will VWL store bags? Will we be able to use the pool, etc???

yes, they will store your luggage and yes you can swim etc. enjoy!

Yes and yes. We try to take the 6:30am flight out of BOS when possible so there have been times when we have arrived at our WDW resort before noon and sometimes we have even been able to get into our room. We do travel in the off season though. I would say pack your pool stuff in your carryon check your bags with bell services if you cannot get into your room and then go and enjoy the pool.

They will take your luggage, give you your resort IDs, sell you your tickets if you don't have them already. And if your room is available, you can move right in. Not a problem.

the morning we switch from Pop to WL we'll be switching/checking in as soon as we wake up - will take a backpack w/bathing suits so we can use the WL pool after we have brkfst at Chef Mickey's
