Checking in with my groceries....

Just wondering how this works. I'm planning on doing the town car w/ grocery stop. Staying at POFQ. But we will arrive early, maybe by 10am, so will the concierge hold my suitcases and groceries too? And if i have cold things should i buy a styrofoam cooler and put ice in it? Will they hold that for me too?

Bell services at all the resorts have a fridge. I'm sure that if you asked nicely (and tipped appropriately) they would be happy to store any perishables for you.

The PP is correct. Give the guys at Bell Services the groceries along with your luggage and they will tag and store them for you. Keep the things that need refrigeration separate so they can go in their fridge. And anything that needs to be kept frozen should be separate as well. They do have a freezer.

. . . groceries can be kept in the Sub-Zero-type fridge/freezer
. . . space is on first-come-first-served basis
