Checking in online

Is anyone else having problems checking in online?
I've been trying for 2 days now.
I know they are upgrading their systems... is that causing the problems?
 
The next system outage is not until 12/15. Did you remove the last four digits from your ZIP code. That's what I had to do when I did online checkin for our Nov stay.
 
I just completed my online check-in for my next AKV stay with no problems.
 

very weird... we just tried again with my account, and then my husbands - and still get the same error message!
I called Disney and they said it's hit or miss right now.
I called DVC earlier today and they said there should not be any issues.
Sooooo I have no idea what's going on.
 
They are having problems with online check in. Tried 4 times on Sunday calling member services in between tries. Called the number that was listed on the error message and it turns out it is the wrong number for dvc members to call. Last time I called I was given a number to call IT. Turns out I have a converted reservation number and even after trying a "back door" that IT suggested and still getting an error message I called IT back I was told I will NOT be able to do online check in. The person was apologetic but they are not sure why this is occuring.
 
Yep - that's what I'm hearing too when I call.

They have all said you won't be able to check in online and to just check in in person.
 
I didn't have problems checking in online for a Dec 5 arrival, other than the Dec 1 shutdown.

But thought I would mention that after we checked in at SSR we never got the call/text that our room was ready. We went back to the front desk after 4pm to find out that it was. They said they have been working through several bugs. No surprise there with such a new system.
 
I have been trying the past several days. We arrive on Saturday. I called the number that popped up on the screen. They referred me to the IT department. I was placed on hold and waited for 10 minutes before I decided to hang up. It is very frustrating!

I have been trying all day today too. I also called the number on the screen and was told there are problems right now so keep trying. I asked if someone could check us in over the phone and she said no. Luckily we don't arrive until the 16th.
