Checking in Online - DVC (problem?)

I went to checkin through the link in DVCMember (next to the associated vacation). However, it doesn't let me add anything to the Room Request section. It pops up but I can't populate it - anyone had this happen?

Room requests for DVC reservations must be made with MS and noted on your reservation. On-line check-in was designed for CRO guests and they are the only ones that have access to the request portion.

That explains it. It doesn't have the two requests we placed with MS showing up though - is that normal as well?
