We are leaving for Disney in 13 days:cool1: ! I just want to make sure that have the procedure right for checking in online to get the A boarding passes.

24 hours in advance of flight departure, go to swa website, click on "check in online" on the home page, enter conf. # and guest name, click "go" and it should be done correct? Do I need to do this for each passenger even if we booked our tickets together? Any other info I need? Will it tell me if I got the A passes or do I need to wait to get to the airport to find out? TIA!!!

It's that easy:thumbsup2
Boarding passes for all passengers on that reservation will print, you will see a big A right on the boarding pass, or B or C, depending on what time you check in.
It can happen that someone in your party may be randomly picked for extra screening and it won't allow this passenger boarding pass to be printed. This passenger would need to check in at the airport and get their boarding pass at that time.
This did happen to my Mom once but she still got a B boarding pass at the airport.

Enjoy your trip:)

After you click go, a screen will appear with all the passengers name. You will need to click on each passengers name (a check mark will appear) you then click a "check in" button or an "enter" button and then you are done. You don't have to print your boarding passes at home if you don't want to. You can also print them at the airport when you check you baggage. :)

BTW: Just spent a few days in your beautiful State visiting the Gorge, Portland and Cannon Beach.

We just used SW two weeks ago and it was a flawless procedure. I had not flown since 1971, so I did not know what to expect. We flew fr KC, MO to Chicago Midway and on to MCO. At the 24 hour mark I printed out an A boarding pass, including the connecting flight. I then printed out a boarding pass for my daughter and her fiance and it printed both boarding passes, including the connecting flight. We used the DME and it was also perfect.
We stayed at he PoP Century and the day before departure an envelope was hung on my door with the instructions for leaving. Again at the 24 hour mark the front desk printed out an A boarding pass. SW does not participate in the return DME, so I checked my own bags. Everything went just the way it was supposed to. Have a great trip.

Thanks for the info! I hope you had a nice trip, it sounds like you were here during some of our nicer weather, gotta love it when the sun comes out in Oregon!;)

Actually we were there at the end of May when it was getting about 89 degrees. Everybody was complaining how hot it was. Well, we are from Arizona, it wasn't hot at all to us. :rolleyes1
