Besides the passport and arrival form what documents do you need to bring for check in?
I had no problem doing the check-in on my pc. Any of the photos I emailed from my phone and put them in a temp folder to access. About 20 minutes total for check-in.Very important! You also need to be tech savvy enough to know how to upload your pictures and passport. If you’re not comfortable doing these things, I suggest you get someone to do it for you. We did ours this week and took 2 hours because the system was having issues. I bounced from my iPad, to my PC and finally to my iPhone. Btw, the computer was the worse and I have a new computer. Of course the majority of the folks in our group experienced the same issues. It was not my first time doing the new process as I’ve cruised twice a few months ago.
Do the photos and passports have to be done before you can choose your arrival time?
Also, are the photos just a head and shoulders type?
I was surprised about the photo of the passport. So just the number isn’t enough now?
Are photos of the passports enough or do they have to be scanned (so they're flat and the watermarks aren't interferring with the data)?

What about vaccine passports? Or proof of vaccines? Are they needed at any time?
The vaccine info is done later on the SafePassage site 14 days prior to embarkation. One thing I have found out too is that your check-in will say "pending review" until right before sailing. Some have said it is because they verify everything off of your vaccination info once you put that in, but I have no way of knowing for sure. I can do the vaccine stuff on the 7th because we sail on the 21st. I will try and remember to update once I see the pending review lifted.
And the photo and passport can't be uploaded before check in, right? No secret link I'm missing? that's just part of the process?
