Checking in BWV

My wife and me decied to invite her family for a Christmas present. I thought some would accept but would get turned down for the most part. So last year I booked 2 2brms and 3 studios at BWV. Well to my surprise everyone has accepted and we will have 17 going on the trip. So my question is about checking in. All the room are currently in my name but I would like to put the rooms in their names. But I figured I could put it in there names but also leave my name on it because me and the wife will arrive a day ahead. Everybody will arrive the next day but in the evening. So I would like to check everyone in on the day of their arrival but want the room keys to be in their name. Will they do that for me or will I have to wait for them to arrive at 6 pm.

I'm not sure about whose name will/can be on the room keys.

I know that anyone whose name is on the reservation can check in for the group. I also know that you do not have to give them a credit card for every room and that your guests can add that when they arrive (assuming they want to charge back to the room). As you may know, though, only one credit card per room is allowed.
