Checking in at Windsor Hills

We have paid for a rental at Windsor Hills and the owner says he's going to send a letter so we can get in the gate but we still havn't received it and I've emailed numerous times. Should I be concerned?? We leave for our trip in 4 weeks. Anyone else ever had a problem with any owners at Windsor Hills?

Each owner will have a dfferent timescale for sending out information .Does it say anything in the terms of the booking as to when you get it ? Personally I send mine out as soon as the guests check has cleared in my bank but others wait until 2 weeks before the renatal starts.
There is always the possibility that the owner may be away.

I'm going to try and call the management company today and see if it's just an oversight on his part. Maybe he is away or something
