Checking in after midnight?

We are (hopefully) staying PPH in October and I have a late evening flight booked. I’m thinking we will probably not make it to the hotel until close to or after midnight. Would that be a problem?

Call the hotel ahead of time to confirm your reservation and to let them know that you'll be checking in late. You can give them your airline and flight number if they ask -- sometimes they can check to see If your flight is very delayed. You should not have any problem as long as the hotel knows in advance about this.

I've arrived at 2am. Be prepared that there may not be bellman available.

As a general rule any time I will have an arrival after 11p or so I call to let them know I will be a late arrival. Not that it is common at DL Resort properties you will be the first to get "walked" if there is an overbook or other issues that the need rooms and not sure if you are arriving or not.

Some hotel will flat out cancel the reservation at midnight of you are a no show.

Thanks everyone! I feel better about it now. I will call earlier that day to make sure they know I’ll be there.
