Checking DreamsUnlimited ressie on Swan website

I booked the Swan through DreamsUnlimited and received an e-mail with a hotel confirmation number. But, when I try to check my ressie on the the SwanDolphin website the system doesn't find my ressie. Should the SwanDolphin website have records of my reservation? I e-mailed dreamsres@dreamsunlimitedtravel.com twice with no feedback. What do you think?

You have to be careful which number you're using when you're checking the reservation with the Swan/Dolphin.

Dreams assigns you a number that is in THEIR system. When you log into your account, and click on Review Reservation, there should be a spot that says Confirmation Number. THAT'S the number that's assigned by the hotel. At least that's how it works with the Disney Resorts.

If that's not there, I wouldn't worry about. I almost ALWAYS book through places like Expedia and Hotwire and the hotel usually can't help me out any with my reservation, but it's always there when I check in.

I don't know who from Dreams you were E-Mailing, but I would reccomend E-Mailing your agent directly.
