Checking AP rates without an AP?

It looks like you need to log-in before getting an AP. Is there any way I can check the rates without an AP? Do you know if the AP rates are typically lower than the FL resident rates?

Usually the FL resident rates are the same as AP rates. You won't be able to log in without the pin number of an AP.

You can check AP rates by entering APH in the promo code box when you check rates on the Loews website.
