Checking AAA rate?

I do not have AAA yet, but if I can get the discount on my room for my May WDW trip, I will get it. Is there any way I can call and see if the AAA rate is available for the room/dates I want before I actually have a AAA membership? Also, do they offer any Concierge rooms at the AAA rate? Thanks so much!

You can call and ask if a room is available. They will probably be able to let you know, even if you don't have a number. And yes, they do have discounts on the concierge rooms.

You can email AAA and ask... when I booked my last trip they didn't ask for my membership number until I actually booked the trip.

You can just call Disney; you don't need to be an AAA member to check on AAA room rates or availability.

I did this, and found out the AAA rate is usually 10-15% off the room only portion of a package (or off the room if only booking a room) and that you must book a package through AAA to get it, but you can book through Disney and get the AAA rate on just a room.

It is true that they hold only certain rooms for AAA rates, so it may be worth calling first. You can get concierge, I just did this at the Polynesian and saved about $100 a night. You can't get a AAA discount on a suite.
