Thanks for the list! I am amazed ppl have won so many games when checkers only came out about a week ago. That is just crazy, how on earth did they do it?
I've played against this many of my mules: ()
Just fyi![]()
me too, although the though has crossed my mind lol just too much work I guess.
But what about the ppl that are almost at 400 wins..there is no way they got them all by legit wins.
a legitimate game takes5 minutes per game, so that would be 12 games, max per hour, VMK is open for 15 hours a day, 12 x 15 is 180 ... so this person would have had to play checkers for 15 straight hours, never losing a game for 2 1/2 days to get to 400 legitimately... unlikely.
for the record, I really do not have a problem with what the guy is doing, when the game is busy, he cant do it anyway so it does not matter. But I saw him, and it is a fact, he is using mules.
I think we need to be really careful in this area. I think many will mule to get a high number on their pin, but that does not truly mean anything. People play against themselves in every game in VMK (ok ok, not in fireworks) so that they can get credits, status, who knows why.for the record, I really do not have a problem with what the guy is doing, when the game is busy, he cant do it anyway so it does not matter. It is a fact that you can only get a win on your pin once from every player in the game, unless they beat you and then you lose it. IF someone has 300+ mules and that's their idea of fun - have at it I suppose.
I have seen ppl here on DIS play themselves. Does not matter to me. Another player's high number does nothing to my number, my wins, or my credits.
I DO agree, don't do it when it's busy. That is not fair to fellow players.
it's possible to play against yourselves in pirates?
I thought it only is in Mansion and now Checkers.
200th win - 3000 credits
...now to win 100 more games before my next payout... @_@
I really hope VMK changes the frequency of payout for the better, however, I think I'll see Flying Carpet released before that happens.![]()

I'm not accusing anyone here of doing this, but some players get their credits solely by creating disposable mules. They use the credit codes, do the credit run for all of the first-time bonuses, then buy some stuff to trade over to a "head mule" or maybe their main account. It wouldn't add much time to have the mules quit a game of checkers to work toward the checkers bonuses as well. I've watched games for a while, and I'm suspicious of players with a high win count going up against a guest (or random 3 word title player) with no wins. If I was new, I wouldn't play someone with so many wins as my first game!
Honestly, this doesn't sound like much fun at all. Still, VMK hasn't done anything to stop this, so I guess they're OK with it.
Me? I'm still trying to break into the double digits with my wins!![]()
