checked in online and already have magic bands...what do I have to do now?

I have my DME tags, magic bands, and did online checkin. When I arrive for our stay at BCV where do I go? This is my first time staying DVC. I figure we will arrive at the hotel around 11:00 and our rooms probably won't be ready. Can we ditch our carry ons with bell services?

i would go right to express check-in. If your rooms not ready they'll take your luggage and send you a text when it is.Just enjoy either way.

Once you arrive at the Orlando airport and check in at Magical Express, the BCV knows you are on the way to the front desk. They will search for the next ready room for you, so there may be a room ready when you arrive. If there is no room available at the time, yes, you can check your carry on luggage with bell services and have it delivered to you when you return to the room. You must be in your room to receive any items you personally checked with bell services, unlike your DME luggage which will be delivered automatically.

BCV does not have it's own check-in area, you will check-in at the lobby of the Beach Club Resort.

We were in the same position, and we had to do the same check in just the other day (here now). They even assigned us new PINs although we'd set up PINs. We even had to wait in the lobby for them to "redo" things. Hopefully you'll have a better experience, but for us, doing on line check in has proved useless.

Thats annoying!! We rented points and supposedly the owner of the points requested that our 2 studios be close together. I hope they can meet that request. That has been the biggest downfall to renting points...not having the power to make changes/requests ourselves.

My mom will be using an ECV for the first time so if we could be as close as possible to an exit that would be great too.
