Just thought I'd share that I checked my points status this morning as that's how I can tell if my wait list reservation has come through. My points had changed, but not to reflect that I had less points, but to reflect that I had more. When I looked at activity it showed that my reservation had been cancelled. When I called, it had in fact been cancelled. To her it showed that it was still there. Upon further looking, it was gone.
Now the quirky thing is that my 1 bedroom came through and she was able to change to that. I asked if that is why it showed my reservation as being cancelled, and she said no that was a glitch and they would have to let their computer people know. Might want to check your reservations and make sure they are still where they need to be.
Good news, though, I got my one bedroom.
