Check your rental car rate / National

I just checked my rental car rate and it had come down $140. I had a minivan for 11 days for $555 and it was down to $415 today with the Vacation Outlet code and coupon. I am still going to try all the others to see if this is the best out there right now but just wanted to let everyone know in case (this rental was out of Tulsa) National went down across the board.

My dates are 8/27 - 9/7 so it's over the Labor Day holiday too - I think it was kind of a freak thing though. It went up with the Disney Club discount and the full-size car I have for friends for the same dates (in case my doctor tells me no at the last minute) went up too. Not to mention the SUV I had for $378 for the same time frame went up to $671. There is no rhyme or reason to it at all. Sorry it didn't help you out - I know I have seen posts on here that have sent me checking and it has helped out and I appreciated it so much - wish it would have worked out for others in this case too.

Yesterday I was so excited because my mini-van rental dropped a $140. Well today I tried everything again "just in case" and it went down another $50 using the Disney Club discount. It just goes to show how much money you can save when you keep checking. My original quote for a mini-van for 11 days 8/27 - 9/7 out of Tulsa was $555.00 - and that was after much patience waiting to get one with unlimited miles...until then I had one with Alamo for $625. Then I got it yesterday for $415 - now today it's down to $351. I had a SUV for $378 but really wanted a mini-van....now I have what I really wanted for less than the SUV. WOOOHOOOOO!! So keep checking those car rentals
