I am please to tell you that Milesource did not send me the 1000 points I cashed out for back at the begining of the year (before their point increase), they sent me a 1500 point giftcertificate which I was able to cash out for my $1 giftcertificate to McDonald's.

DH got 21000 instead of the 9000 he had cashed out for.

So there you have it. If you cased out before the point increase you should be okay.

COOL I got a 3,000 mile GC in my email today. I cashed out for 1600 miles back in December and never got anything. I was able to get the McDonald's bucks I was planning to "buy" with the original cash-out.

I cashed out for 5000 which you could use for a $25.00 gift certificate. Then today they sent me a 9000 mile award but the $25.00 gift certificates are 11,000 miles.I can't get what I wanted.I sent them a trouble ticket so let's hope. April

I got the same thing - cashed out for 5000, got the certificate for 9000. I just went ahead & spent mine quickly before anything else happens even though I couldn't get what I'd wanted when I originally cashed out. I wonder how long it's going to take to get our awards now.
Does anyone have any idea how this will work when we cash out in the future? The prices have gone up so much, & my committment to my RP's isn't waht it used to be, so I'm not sure I even want to continue with this one. Also, what if you don't spend all the points on your certificate? Do they carry over, or do you just lose them if you don't spend them? I spent all of mine - not taking any chances!

I stopped doing this one a while ago. Just waiting for the prizes to come and then I'll close the account.

I'm doing the save with Memolink, but I may end up with an account with them for a very long time!

I also cashed out for 5000 and they sent me a certificate for 9000. I sent them an e-mail yesterday that they should have sent me a certificate worth 11,000. Good news!!! Today they honored the certificate for 11,000 and I was able to order a $25.00 gift certificate.
