I ordered my Webcertificate on Sept. 26 and have heard nothing, nor has MyPoints responded to my email. Should I be worried? The points have not been deducted from my account.

Any suggestions?

Are the points pending spending? Or have they already been deducted from your account? If they are neither (i.e. they are still in your account), you probably need to go through the spend process again.

Actually, MyPoints just wrote me that my redemption wasn't "captured" (I do have the original printout indicating that the spend points did go through, but no matter). They told me to try it again. I just did, and hopefully will have my certificate in a couple of weeks.

That's good to hear! Sometimes that happens if the server is too busy. The best way to tell is if the points are taken out of your account and put into your "pending spending". If you still have the points in your account, you should just do it again.
