I just checked my Dollar rates for the third week in August, and found that Budget was much cheaper now. So I rebooked with Budget.

Fooz, when you get your fastlane number, just call the 800# and tell them you want to add your number to an existing reservation. I think the only thing is it has to be at least 24 hours before your reservation time.

I have done this before. Sometimes you can get a better rate if you don't put your fastlane number in, but once you get past the first page, you can't go back and add it. So I just make the ressie on line and then call and add it.
