I wasn't sure exactly where to post this, so here it is. My husband and I booked our September trip last month. We were given our confirmation number as per usual. My BIL and SIL booked their trips at the same time. The three of us have been having difficulty logging onto the website to check out thigs pertaining to our vacations. My BIL called Disney and said they had no record of anything booked for his name OR confirmation number. It was only after he said that he had his credit card confirmation sitting in front of him that they said, "ooooh, right here it is". I will be calling today
