Check your confirmation numbers!

I wasn't sure exactly where to post this, so here it is. My husband and I booked our September trip last month. We were given our confirmation number as per usual. My BIL and SIL booked their trips at the same time. The three of us have been having difficulty logging onto the website to check out thigs pertaining to our vacations. My BIL called Disney and said they had no record of anything booked for his name OR confirmation number. It was only after he said that he had his credit card confirmation sitting in front of him that they said, "ooooh, right here it is". I will be calling today
to double check ours as well. So double check your reservations over the phone with an agent.

We leave next Sat. and luckily we haven't had any problems logging in to the site to check our reservations. I even used the online check in this morning just to test it out. So far so good. Sorry yall are having problems. I don't think every person that answers the phone knows what they are talking about sometimes. I tried to make ADR's for Chef Mickey and had no problems one day but when I called a few days later to change the time, the guy told me I couldn't do it yet because I wasn't at my 90 day mark yet. I told him I just did it yesterday and Chef Mickey wasn't under that rule yet. I knew what I was talking about but he didn't!

One thing I discovered is that the confirmation number is case sensitive. It has upper case letters and that's the way you have to enter it. If you use lower case it doesn't work.

I tried both on the website, and neither worked. I called yesterday and got everything straightened out.
