Hi all,
Just a heads up to everyone who think they've booked everything over the phone:
Altered my booking with first choice a couple of weeks ago from this sep to next aug/sep, all details the same except no disney tickets or free dining.
Got my invoice last week and everything looked ok, so I thought I'd check my booking online to see how it worked, and it said no car hire booked but transfers were. I had told the agent I wanted the free car but no insurance, I'll either sort my own or hire a seven seater independantly.
Tried a couple of times this week but couldn't get through to them, called this morning and got through fairly quickly. The girl I spoke to was lovely, she said transfers come at a cost and would have shown on my invoice. When she checked there was no transfers OR car booked for us, and she said it was a good thing I noticed!!
I know its only car hire and ultimately we'll probably sort it ourselves, but if anyone had been relying on what they'd booked it could be a different story.

, Yeah right 7pm in the evening british time on a Saturday afternoon. So we had to pay for the transfers again but when he went to get us on board, all the buses had gone

, 15 minutes later he turns up with this bloke with the most down trodden, wore out taxi you have ever seen in your life.
I'm not sure how it even passed its MOT.
and the taxi driver says do we want the long route or the short one. Of course we say the short one, ok he says but i will have to add all the toll charges to your fare, along with my $10 tip
. He added this tip not us.
. I also wrote a letter of complanit to Thomas Cook in the u.k when I got back, and got 150 pounds as a goodwill payment
