After hearing about all of this reservation craziness, I called WDW-DINE last week just to make sure all of my ADR's were there. (About half of them were showing up online.) Since I knew I had some double bookings, but couldn't get to them online to cancel, the CM went through all of my reservations with me, and cancelled the ones I didn't need.
On one specific day, I had a CM breakfast, and a double-booked LTT lunch (one at 11:30, and one at 1:05). I had him cancel the 11:30.
Yesterday, after finalizing my schedule, spreadsheet, etc., I called again just to be 100% certain that everything matched up. Come to find out, my Chef Mickey's wasn't there!!
They were able to bring up the reservation number, but said it had been cancelled when I called last week!! Instead of cancelling my double-booked LTT, the CM cancelled my Chef Mickey's!! 
At first, the CM tried telling me there wasn't much she could do, as there was nothing available on that day for Chef Mickey's. I ended up throwing a mini-tantrum, as I explained that it wasn't my fault that the CM I spoke to last week had clearly cancelled the wrong reservation.
Eventually, I was able to get my reservation back.
My message here is: Make sure you check and re-check your ADR's... And then check again just to be on the safe side!!
The CM's make mistakes, and mistakes like this could really put a damper on your day at WDW.
I'm sure I'll be calling again in a few days, just to make sure everything's still correct.
