Check room reservations before leaving

Just a warning on rooms if you need 2 beds in the room. Myself and 3 other women planned a trip staying at AllStarMusic We booked 2 rooms with 2 double beds in each and asked for connecting if possible. When we checked in even thought the reservation stated 2 beds standard and showed that on the cast members screen , when we got to the rooms they only had 1 bed in each room and not connected. They had no other rooms with 2 beds and no rollaways until the next couple of days . The switched us to the family suites which is not that great of a room for 3 out of 4 us with back problems. I plan to write to disney but am not sure who to address it to. Any advice?
