Check out timing question

Roughly how long does it take to check out from GF? Our last day we have an ADR at Chef Mickeys for 8:05am. I was wondering if we could check out super early, leave luggage at front desk and go to breakfast then hit MK (walking there) one last time before Magical Express appt. at 3:45pm. Not sure if check out around 7:15am and getting to our ADR is possible or just go back to GF after breakfast to check out then go to park (losing a bit of park time).

I would leave everything the room--maybe pack up most of your stuff before breakfast. Then stop back into the room and collect everything before heading over to the MK for a bit before you leave for the airport.

If you're flying, you will want to check in your luggage at the airline desk and get your boarding passes. Any carry on bags can be stored at Bell Service. The front desk doesn't store any luggage.
The actual check out doesn't exist. No need to check out unless you want something. You just leave. Any charges unpaid wil be billed to your credit card on file.

You can check your bags before you go to breakfast. If you are flying and want to use Resort Check In, that desk opens at 5am. You can check your carry on bags with Bell Services. If you do not want to use Resort Check In you can leave all of your bags with Bell Services. There is no need to go back to the room after breakfast. There is also no need to stop at the desk and check out.

We too would check our bags in for our flight early before breakfast. This can take 10 - 15 minutes if there are lots of folks. Then just leave your carry ons with Bell Services and head to breakfast.
You should head back to the GF for your DME pickup before 3 PM. You need to be at the pickup point at least 15 minutes prior to your time. It is not unheard of for the bus to be early. You want time for a bathroom stop and to retrieve your carry ons from Bell Services and then get to the bus stop.
