Stitched from 38 individual pictures I took with my Nikon D100. Used autostitch beta to assemble the picture. The camera was handheld.

The scene is Cozumel on the 2/28/04 Magic Western.

I think the picture is cool in a quirky, weird kind of way. :cool1:

Here are a few more for grins. These aren't very good photos in my view, but the exercise has given me a few ideas for the next go around.

I am booked to be on the Enchantment on a cruise that will stop in Cozumel next year. Now it appears I will be docked very close to the Magic. That's going to make it very difficult to appreciate the cruise I will be on, instead of being jealous of the ship I am not sailing that week. Sigh.

I can see by your signature that you're sailing on DCL this month AND in April. Please, quit your whining! :D

I could try to downplay the upcoming two DCL cruises--but I confess I am so darned excited and part of the excuse to do it was to be able to say I took the cruises so close together...I am an addict, aren't I?

God grant me the courage to sail the ships I can reserve, the serenity to accept that some ships are sold out, and the wisdom to select really good itineraries....or something like that....

Yup! Aren't we all?

Reminds me of a story. When we docked in Cozumel that morning, there was another ship docked in a perpendicular fashion to the Magic's bow. The bow of the Magic wasn't but a handful a yards away from the other ship's port side. I told my wife that morning that I bet some kid on that ship was really ticked at his parents when he woke up that morning and saw Mickey (on the bow of the Magic) bigger than life through the porthole or verhandah.

I love the pictures!!! I took one when I was on the cruise, and for some reason I can't load it on here, but it was a view of the front of the boat between two palm trees with pink flowers on the bottom... It was in St. Martin. It was pretty. :)
