Do we have to go to the front desk to check out?
Also we have Mears service picking us up for the airport is this done right at the front lobby entrance?

You can check out online or on your tv. Sometimes it isn't working and we just leave. You just want to check your portfolio and make sure the charges are all correct.

Agree! We check out every time via text (usually as we’re walking to the parks)… the same text thread they initially send you at check-in. Almost immediately after I text to check out, they text back that they’re going to email our folio and minutes later, it’s in our email inbox. This is for all UO onsite hotels that we’ve stayed at, all levels.
