Check out day reservations

In the past, when staying on property, I was able to book reservations for our check out day. When my check in 60 day window opened, I was able to book length or stay. We are checking out April 1 and I can't get anything to open on 4/1. (dining, capture your moment, etc) Is this a glitch, or are you no longer able to book in advance on checkout day. I have had a really horrible time using MDE this past week.
Also, is Capture your Moment just through 3/31?
 
I'm sorry you're having this problem. We are checking out April 3, and that day shows up as bookable for me.

Some people have been reporting that the website does not show their last date as bookable when they access the reservation finder via the "Things To Do" tab. But the last day does show up when they search for the individual restaurant's website and click "check availability."

Another option is to book on your phone, but personally that has not been working for me this week. I've also had trouble using my chromebook and have resorted to my work (Windows) machine instead.

I’m trying to book Capture your moment and it won’t show up either on the app or the website. Maybe the schedule doesn’t go into April yet? After I sign in and out a few times the dining will sometimes show up sometimes not. The app has worked better in that regard. However it will not let me book capture your moment either.

Yes I went through the big struggle when my window opened up last Monday. Very tedious and to top it off I had to keep signing back in. I even tried different browsers. Oh well, I’ll keep trying. I did call but had to hang up after 56 minutes waiting. I do have a job lol

We could book April 1 for Capture Your Moment, too.
Unfortunately though I think you're gonna be out of luck because it was already pretty booked for the week when I checked Wednesday. I could check again for you now if you want

Thank you, but I won't be able to get it, I'm afraid. I've been trying since Monday.

Thank you. If you have a chance could you possibly check AK for April 1? I was assuming I’d wait until tomorrow when my 60 day window opened (can book dining through April 1 but not Capture your moment still). I had another reason to call this morning and while I had a human on the phone I inquired about reservations for CTM - AK. She said no availability. Thank you!

Thank you so much! I'll just wait until tomorrow morning. I have a feeling she was looking in MK because she kept saying AK was booked up and did I want her to check MK? I'm thinking, MK is a lot more popular than AK, so I'm sure there's nothing left for MK.

Those don't open at 6. They open at midnight eastern time.
 
Thank you; I just waited until 7 and called. Surprisingly they answered right away once I got past the automated part. I was originally told all that was left was 9 am and I asked about afternoon. I was given 2 more times, one of which worked.
 
You know, today marks the 60 day point for April 1. I'm not the sort of person to take things personally, but it's as if I've been banned from Capture your Moment. I'll see if it opens tomorrow. I've dumped cookies, cleared the browsing, used different browsers, gone incognito, tried the app, no dice. I got a reservation so I'm not complaining, but, yeah, I guess I am.

ETA: Now I can't book dining for 4/1. Earlier today I could.
