Those codes are going to come and we are all going to call at the same time and overload the system and shut down land lines and then we'll all be freaking out and I quite possibly will have a nervous breakdown....

I almost have to agree with you about the land lines, since they can't even keep their passholder website running........I am one of the ones who can get on now and then and I just checked it........are you ready??????? Nothing new!

I don't know what has happened with the passholder site. I couldn't log in when they first changed it but once they fixed it the next day I haven't had a problem getting in at all....not that it's done much good but at least I've been able to log in I guess!

From what I gathered when I got a response from them it's not so much the site as the database of passholders and their IDs. Some people have been able to log in no problem from the time they changed the format on, others (like me) couldn't log in at first but after a day or so were able to log in again and haven't had a problem since, still others have yet to be able to log in with the new format.

Keep trying. When I spoke to a cm on the passholder line last night to check on rates for fall she said they are getting lots of people saying they still can't log in and that they are working on getting it up as fast as they can b/c management has been asking them to encourage people to check the web site rather than call every day multiple times. Obviously they can't encourage you to do that if you can't log in!
