
I enter the ID for my pass and it says "we're sorry, this does not match our records." I tried all 3 of our passes and all say the same thing. It worked fine on the old sign-in page.

waiting for these codes is driving me to the edge.......I know last year I made ressies later than this but I think that the attendence has picked up enough that I don't want to be without a room
So I went ahead and booked my Oct. trip and my Dec. trip and made sure to ask if the codes come out can they be applied .....YES........But it truly amazes me how you always get different answers. I called and made ressies for Oct. for the dates I wanted, no problem then asked about the dates in Dec. (nothing available) went to the WDW website and there were rooms available but at an obnoxious rate....then went to AAA and there were rooms available at a much more reasonable rate there also (WL rooms) but didn't know if I made the ressies through AAA if I could apply the codes WHEN they come out. So back on the phone to !-407-W-Disney got a different CM and guess what there were rooms available! Of course they are without the codes but I can cancel 5 days prior if I don't want to pay the rack rate and at least know I have a bed to sleep in! I just wish they would get all their stories straight at the call center!
