I plan on checking in on the last day of the value season so that I can have the value season rate for my entire stay. I also have to take a late flight that day, and potentially will be arriving to WDW around 12am. Does anyone know if there is a cutoff time for check-inn? I do not want to be penalized for not checking inn by a certain time, and therefore losing the value season rate. These boards are THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Much pixie dust to you all!:duck:

Just call your resort on your day of arrival and let them know your plane is not arriving until midnight. My family and I have done this several times and as long as you call the front desk of your resort and tell them not CRo or WDTC you should be fine. :Pinkbounc

Thank you! I did not want to lose my rate as a result of the time of the flight. I heard that if you try and check inn a day late, they will not give you the value season rate, if the next day falls in a different rate category.:earsgirl: :earsboy: :earsgirl: :earsboy:

The cutoff time is 6am the next morning.

I have checked in as late as 1:30 am. No problems.

Thank you. That is good to know. Now I don't have to take off an extra day of work or have the kids miss school just to get an earlier flight. At the same time we will still be able to get the value season rate. :rockband:
