Hello, Just a few check in questions. Can you go to the port arrival time before filling out other areas of the check in? Also, can you check in on the app or does it need to be on the website? Thanks everyone, Rick

I second this. When I did online check in for our cruise last September, I had a browser (Chrome) open and the app. If one was acting up I would move to the other one. It was a bit of a pain, but it worked to try to keep things moving along.
Here’s my experience.
New Orleans last month. I walked past every one in the long line outside and far down the block to enter the building during my PAT. My bus was 10 minutes late for us but most people had a time PAT after ours. People that were there early had been waiting at the front of the line and people who could have gotten in but didn’t because they were polite and waited their turn because they believed everyone in front of them came at their assigned time like they did.
Miami May of 2022. I was also on time but there was a super long line because of a computer glitch. We are asked by staff walking down the line that those whom had a check in time 15 minutes ago should move out of the line and go to the front of the line. Eventually our PAT had passed by 45 minutes for both boarding and my threshold for standing before my pinched nerves and shooting pain through my spine and back. So now I’m sitting on the pavement/curb with my skirt, pushing my back against a poll to reduce the pain. Apologizing to the people behind me and asking if it was okay that my family remained in line and and hold my place as it moved. They were so kind, much like you would figure a Disney person would be. Because my pain was so bad 45 minutes later I went to the front of the line to ask what the expectation was for my group. They were 15 minutes past my boarding group I could enter now. I waved my family forward and Disney asked if I was okay (I wasn’t) and sent me to an elevator and covid testing area. I was so happy to have a place to sit while waiting for Covid results. I was in too much pain to attend the sail away party that was disappointing.
Miami was my lesson on how the line worked especially away from PC.
I took a Disney bus to PC once in 2022 and waited on the sidewalk with several others until our time came up, but around 15 minutes and had Covid tents then. I understand most people were held in the garage with their cars back then.
