We are on the 08/16/03 Disney Magic Cruise - the question I have is - on cat. 3 room - what time can you check in and get aboard the ship. It sounds like on the cat. 3 room guest have special check in area - were is this located. We will have (3) DS (8,11 & 17) that can not wait to get aboard.

There is no special area for concierge guests but you do get priority boarding; you will board with the special line for handicapped guests. If they start boarding at 12:15 you will be onboard shortly thereafter.

As for check-in, the concierge check-in is usually with the Castaway Club check-in and the lines can be longer there than the normal lines. Just go to the shortest line to check in.

...once you are on board, there is a special meeting for concierge guests in Sessions where you will meet the concierge staff one-on-one. at that time, you can book the spa (they block out some of the better spots for concierge guests), any remaining excursions or visits to Palo, get your tickets to Wendy's Tea, and, if you have kids, sign kids up for the lab or club. they make it very easy to handle everything without running around the ship.
