Check In

My family is arriving on 02/17/2013 at Kidani village 2BR, I usually do online check in.

This trip my BIL and SIL and comng on the 18th for a few nights.

When I do online, do I check the in ?

When I add the cc info, do I just leave off the info CC for them ?


If so, how do they get there keys, they just go to the desk on the 18th ?

If not, I quess they would just check in regular at the desk ?

Assuming they are listed on the reservation, if you do online check-in all adults would have charging privledges.

Options are to not check-in online or to get a resort charge printout when they are ready to leave and add up their charges. They can pay them via a credit card before they leave.

If you use on-line check-in, you must enter a CC#. All adults will have room charging tied back to that CC#. There is no way to exclude them during the on-line check-in process. You could go to the front desk and have charging removed from their KTTW cards.

As for the others getting their KTTW cards, you can let the front desk know they will be arriving later and will pick them up themselves. Reportedly, the resorts can now setup charging to different CC#'s based on KTTW card, so they may be able establish room charging when they arrive.

This is probably a dumb question... Where is online check in? Is it on the DVC site? I've never tried it before. We will be there in 8 days!!!!

Yes. Click 'View Vacation Details' and there should be a link (as long as you are not staying at VGC).
