if i do the online checkin for the pop hotel will i have to print anything and bring it with me...i dont have a printer

You just need a photo ID and they'll hand over your packet.

ok i did the online check in....it was confirmed but on the top in red it said it couldnt add my room requests or special occasions at this time...why is that???

Maybe the system is down. Try checking back later or calling.

YOu need to call to add those things regardless of online check in.

The last time I got that message it was because they couldn't meet my requests. So please be aware that your reqeusts are just that, requests. Don't be too attached to them. For your own peace of mind.
