So I'm trying to figure out my check in date. Is housing first come first serve? I really want to live in Chatham so I want to make sure I can get it.
Also, is where you work first come first serve as well? I'm custodial and really want to work in either MK or DHS. Will I get a say in that at all or will they have that already decided? Thanks!

From what I've read, housing is more first-come basis, whereas you don't get so much of a say of where you're working. I haven't done the program (yet!) but I believe this is accurate.

Housing is sort of first come first serve. It really depends on what is available. When I checked in for my first program there were only spots in Chatham or Vista. On my second we wanted a 2 bedroom and they were only available at Vista.

Your job location is set before your arrive and you have no say. The only time to request a location is at the end of your phone interview, they won't take requests after.
