I have never traveled with a group of people until this time and I am not sure the rules. When we check in at the Boardwalk Villas, we have a 2BDR and a 1BDR. We also have added the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan. Does everyone need to be there at the same time to check in. Can they split up the costs of the Dining Plan so that each family pays their own portion? We have AP's, but the others need tickets, do they get them at check in, or somewhere else? Thanks for the help!
 
No, everyone does not need to be there for check in - but the Dining Plan will need to be paid in full at check-in because it is applied to the room keys at that time. If everyone is not there you will need to settle up the dining plan cost later - if everyone is there the resort will divide up the DDP payment however you'd like.

If you will have charging privileges on the room keys a credit card will need to be applied to allow that also.

If some of your group will need Theme Park admission, those may be purchased either at the resort or at Guest Services at any Theme Park and even at DD. They do not need to be purchased at check-in.
