Check in question

We're going to the Poly in a couple weeks. Our ressie is in DH's name (AAA card holder) - can I check us in? We'll all be there so if I can't DH can but I've done all the planning. I know what package &how many nights we have, what deliveries (giftbaskets, abbf, groceries) should be there, what room location I requested. Don't get me wrong I'm sure DH can do it but I'll have to write down everything & have a check list. I want all our ADRs printed. DH hasn't wanted to be involved in the planning so thats why I've done all the research and planning. I guess I'll have to "fill him in" even if he doesn't want to hear it.

If they don't mind all 5 of us - its ok w/me. I don't want to leave the kids unattended so we'd have to stay together. Unless the kids area is fairly close to the check in desk.

I have seen full families standing in line. Unless the check in line is really long you will just take up a little more space and the people behind you will think the line is moving faster. Five people total is not excessive.

The OP doesn't have to take the kids through the line...her husband can wait in line while she sits with the kids. She can then take the kids and join him when it is his turn to check in.

Thank you all for the great advice I appreciate it. I have written everything down which I should do anyway as theres a lot to remember. DH said he'll look it over and if I'm not comfortable w/that we'll wait in line together. Thanks again.
