Check in ? Online or by fax?

Hi guys.
We Will be arriving Sept27 at the POP resort.
We have 2 rooms on 2 reservations.

We need rooms that communicates(!?!? Is that even the term ) because of the kids, or are very close to each other.

Should I check in online or send a fax or do both?
I was planing on sending a themed letter, with a short description of our party and hopping on getting fairy dust...
Do you think It could help?

Letters and faxes will be tossed no matter how cute you make it. Add the request to both your reservations that you are "traveling with" the other family.

You may need to request connecting rooms (meaning a connecting door between them). But that will only be a request and not a guarantee. Are you both checking in at the same time? I would not do online check in.

Yes we are travelling togheter.
We have one Room me, DH and the Twins and the other Room is my mom, dad and DD?

I'll speak with my travel Agent for AAA.

If you have used a travel agent, only they can add the note about connecting rooms to your reservation. Disney won't talk to you about it because you don't "own" the reservation. AAA does.

And the previous poster is correct, all faxes are tossed into the garbage now. They were getting way too many of them to try and honor all of the requests being sent to them.
